Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. While payments are non-refundable, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a new date, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to secure your new date.

Booking Flexibility

If you’re still deciding whether to choose us for your event, feel free to secure your booking. We strive to be as flexible as possible with accommodating dates.

Event Sign / Balloon Bouquet Orders

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to pick-up/delivery.
  • Defects: Any defects must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Customized Items

For customized items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
